1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.
- Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Prices may vary based on travel date, distance, vehicle type, or special requirements.
2. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the journey are eligible for up to 50% refund.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours or in case of no-show.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must behave respectfully with drivers and staff at all times.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct will be chargeable.
- Passengers are required to carry valid ID proof during travel.
4. Delays & Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, or unforeseen events.
- Singh Saab Taxi Service is not responsible for any lost or misplaced belongings.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unavoidable circumstances.
5. Changes to Terms
- These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
- The latest version will always be available on our website.
