Welcome to Singh Saab Taxi Service. By using our taxi and travel services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.
• Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Prices may vary based on travel date, distance, vehicle type, or special requirements.

2. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the journey are eligible for up to 50% refund.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours or in case of no-show.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must behave respectfully with drivers and staff at all times.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct will be chargeable.
• Passengers are required to carry valid ID proof during travel.

4. Delays & Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, or unforeseen events.
• Singh Saab Taxi Service is not responsible for any lost or misplaced belongings.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unavoidable circumstances.

5. Changes to Terms

• These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• The latest version will always be available on our website.
